through the rain
While waiting for news of Hurricane Gus, I designed my first pattern last night and knitted it in less than 3 hours. It's very useful for all those odd skeins or parts of skeins you have over from other projects.

Donut try this when puppy-sitting next door's dachshund as two maniacal pups stalking the balls of wool to kill them at the first opportunity makes for very stressful knitting.

Oh, that is gorgeous. If only I could knit that quickly... -_-;;

Knitting with 15mm needles is a bit like using telegraph poles. The chunky yarn knits up very fast, and there are only 24 stitches per row.

Yeaaaah. I may have slighter smaller (too small!) circular needle sets. XD

I got the 15mm with a Knitting magasine and had to find a use for them other than the pattern in the mag.

Mm. With Winter coming back (not soon enough, gah, so hot here with no A/C), I may need to go invest in new knitting needles. :D
