Trip to Woodbridge on Wednesday was wonderful. The day was glorious and experienced some serious itching to get back afloat feelings aboard Saba. Had a great lunch courtesy of our hosts.(MWNN's successor and his wife) Walked off some of the massive calorie attack launched by the Marks and Spencer Tarte Citron. The tour of Woodbridge took in the 14th Century St Mary's Church (parvenu in home town St Mary's terms which clocked up 1200 years some time ago.) The highlight of the interior for me was the Millenium Tapestry. That experience was then topped by the stunning light as we returned to the boat. Couldn't resist taking pics of the estuary and Mill. I never cease to be amazed at the light in this part of the world. I understand totally why it was so beloved of Constable.
