granny can't be havin with this
Bollocks! Is everyone here completely stoned?

Once again it's not possible to view my flist page and to read the comments on my last entry, I entered via the scenic route - Google, LJ com, Profile, Recent, leave comment, read comments - not that I can answer any of them.

To add insult to injury, another error message when I tried to preview this entry. "Error running style: Died in S2::run_code running EntryPage::print(): Database handle unavailable at /home/lj/cgi-bin/LJ/User.pm line

bogwitch - message received and understood. I'd forgotten all about it so don't fret.

Yup, same thing was happening to me. Ironically at one point the only entry I could see was yours because it was at the top of my friends page! It's got a bit better now so I hope it's something they know about and have corrected.

I do wonder what is going on, because I'm seeing no problem anywhere, not even on your friends pages.

All I can think of is that someone to whom you are a friend has posted something in a friends-locked post that is breaking the lj parsing engine. I wouldn't see the post in that case, and it wouldn't break any page I can see as a result.

It must be the server I'm on. It's ok now.

Good to hear the outing went well. Any sign of Cass?

It usually is when Sue's around. That magnet - such a generous thing to do.

It was. And it wasn't just the magnet. There were sweets too all done up in some lovely Halloween fabric. It was a lovely touch.
