Plagny to Avril sur Loire

After a late start and much conversation with the crew of Gadabout, we finally found a mooring at Avril sur Loire. There was a Belgian 'parked' right in the middle of the Halt Nautique at Fleury, leaving no space for even the smallest fishing boat, let alone a 13.7 metre narrowboat. We battled on in fading light through the next lock and the 5 km to the bollards here.

A glorious sunset was spoiled somewhat by the news from the outlaws and late to bed again.
