Chi
Tai Chi is a good way of slowing down. Having lost my Monday evening class, I have found a possible replacement on Monday Mornings at Bury Farm, St Paul's Walden. Bury Farm is on the Bowes Lyon Estate, the childhood home of the late Queen Mother.

That looks at though it would be a wonderful place to have a Tai Chi class - I hope this possibility works out for you.

It's a truly magical place. We drove down and walked the dog on the Estate last Sunday to see how long it takes to get there (20 mins) and ended the walk at Elsie's Tearoom. The tearoom is part of a working farm where they do livery for horses and keep rabbits, guinea pigs and an owl who hooted loudly as we passed stuffed full of Victoria Sponge and Assam tea.

I'm hoping the pace of the class won't be too slow for me and that there might even be time to practice the sword form.

Lovely setting. You could do your Tai Chi under the trees like a true Chinese! :)

Not in this weather, though.

It is. I'm hoping the indoor facilities are sufficient. I don't fancy braving this weather.
